What We've Been Working On
Canadian Tourism Human Resources Council - Bartender (BAR)
One of three interrelated 1.5 hour courses developed for the CTHRC, the Bartender on-line learning course provides workers in the hospitality industry with an overview of the National Occupational Standards to which they must adhere in order to obtain national certification. Developed for deployment via the CTHRC's custom LMS, this bilingual courseware product imparts its learning objectives through a highly interactive mix of text, audio, photographic, illustrated and animated content utilizing a customized theme based on metaphors and imagery appropriate to the profession to provide structuring elements through which content can be imparted in a creative, contextual and engaging manner.
